Teams of young people will work together to present innovative, sustainable solutions to pressing global problems. The youth will collaborate across regional and social borders to tackle challenges outlined in the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals agenda. Solutions may take the form of an idea, a project, a smartphone app, etc. A carefully selected expert jury will award the winning teams the amount of $10,000 USD to transform their idea into a reality. Second and third place winners will be offered internships in relevant job sites. Remaining participants also benefit via introduction to companies with potential future internships or opportunities. Encouraging self-initiative within young people in this way is an essential step toward finding sustainable solutions to current and future world challenges.
