Life stories worth sharing:

Nicol Foulkes Savinetti is an advocate for equal opportunities the founder of IMMART (Immigrant Art). She has lived in Denmark for the past 18 years and works partly in the field of migration and human rights, and partly with writing and editing. 

Nicol is currently employed as a project manager at the anti-trafficking NGO HopeNow – Empowering Trafficked People and is also the Managing Editor of an academic journal Asia in Focus. 

Born and brought up in the UK, Nicol is the daughter of Jamaican migrants to the UK, and granddaughter to Indian migrants to Jamaica. She is a food-loving closet amateur photographer who loves to walk and to travel.
