In a world marked by war, unrest, and division, the Copenhagen Youth Network (CYN) continues its mission to promote peace, understanding, and hope. Recently, CYN hosted the Erasmus+ Training Course “Hope Beyond Crisis” in Copenhagen, bringing together youth workers from Lebanon, Ukraine, Jordan, Moldova, Finland, Greece, Türkiye, the Netherlands, France, and beyond.
Through workshops, study visits, and dialogue, participants strengthened their skills in conflict resolution, humanitarian response, and intercultural understanding. Highlights included visits to UN City, the Danish Refugee Council, and sessions with the Red Cross, alongside powerful personal exchanges and community-building activities.
The project underlined the importance of empowering young people as peacebuilders in crisis-affected communities, and set the stage for the next gathering in Jordan this spring.
