Mogens Lykketoft currently serves as the Chairman of the Board at ENERGINET, the Danish state operator responsible for electricity and gas transmission. He held the prestigious position of the President of the 70th General Assembly of the United Nations from 2015 to 2016. Prior to his UN role, Lykketoft was a distinguished Speaker of the Parliament from 2011 to 2015 and also served as the Minister for Finance and Foreign Affairs in Denmark. Despite his retirement, he remains exceptionally active in fostering peace and sustainable development both in Denmark and across the globe.
