Ana Maria – I an enthusiast of Crossing Borders from its beginning. I think its mission is very necessary indeed and there is a need to strengthen the organization. In this globalized world, Brazil (and Latin American) has been left aside with social problems from which people suffer. This includes the indigenous peoples, since the European arrivals. I believe that I can contribute to spreading the CB mission and vision among young people around the country in a learning process towards a more inclusive, democratic and sustainable villages-cities-world.
My vision for CB is working together with people from different cultures in order to contribute in the huge task of creating a better world for all, including all peoples and the nature as the main resource for life.
