Bahaa Eleyan – Bahaa Eleyan is a 27 years young civil society worker from Gaza – Palestine. He studied Business Administration along with volunteering and working in the local NGOs in Gaza. I was warmly welcomed to the international community of Crossing Borders together with students and staff from across the globe. With them, I spent a very fruitful week in Humlebæk with the international students, where I experienced the concept of Crossing Borders based intercultural dialogue, sharing different cultures, sharing different perspectives and most important is to know more about other fellow youth, the others who seems very different and far away when I am in the other side of the world.
I see a bright future for Crossing Borders in Palestine and the Middle East because this time is the young people time. I can see CB providing the space for the youth to meet, interact, innovate, participate and make their voices heard.
