Seowon Yan – South Korea Folk high school and Crossing Borders in Denmark offered me the perspectives and the experiences that are needed to live as a global citizen. I was given not only the opportunities to change my views about diversity and democracy but also the knowledge that we are connected to this world where we live and therefore we need to understand and be connected to each other more. I continue with activities related to sharing economy and projects on nonprofit and social innovation, and I am currently trying to make a Folk high school in Korea.
