Chloé Ladeira – I am a French student in European Studies in English. I feel very strongly about defending human rights, women empowerment, climate change, and other global issues. That is why I want to work in the NGO sector and am more than pleased to help Crossing Borders. I have wanted to work for an NGO for a long time and being a CB National Coordinator would enable me to have further experience and to keep learning while I’m studying.
My vision for Crossing Borders is to make young people aware of major international issues and give them the power to make a change. In my opinion, one of the main challenges the world is facing is climate change and it’s important to act now. France does not explain enough climate change and everything that comes with it (causes – consequences – actions that can be undertaken). It is thus crucial to inform people, especially young people.
