Hungary

Keszthelyi Zsuzsi – I’ve worked in the Hungarian green NGO sector in the past 13 years. In the first years, I was helping Hungarian volunteers to participate in the European Voluntary Service projects.
I was also participating in a Leonardo project with Crossing Borders and help out in the first Climate Ambassador course in Denmark in 2009. It was one of the most remarkable courses in my life. It was a particular opportunity to meet almost 80 participants from about 26 countries with a really different background, religion, and we were gathering for one purpose to learn and understand what global warming means and what we can do for a better world.  After I came home, soon I’ve become a coordinator of a 3 years long international project about Climate change called “From overconsumption to Solidarity.”.
