Alberto Coves – Crossing Borders opened me the door as a member while in Denmark. With the team, we visited dozens of schools around the country, where we had the opportunity to speak with hundreds of youngsters, bringing out our ideas to their realities, also receiving feedback that it did change my approach to what is an effective education and what can we do for the better.
And that is my aim as national coordinator in Spain, my homeland. Where 40% of young citizens are unemployed and with an intense migration history, Crossing Border’s objectives and know-how will fit perfectly within the country, and with my complete vision about the organization and my own country, we can make this into a good way to bring the organization, the values we share and our work in the country.
